Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the GUESTPOSTLINKS Affiliate Program (“Program”). By applying for or participating in the Program, you agree to comply with this Agreement.

This Agreement is between you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) and GUESTPOSTLINKS (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

1. Enrollment in the Program

• To become an Affiliate, you must submit an application through our website.
• We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
• You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an Affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote GUESTPOSTLINKS in a lawful, ethical, and professional manner.
• Use only approved marketing materials or accurate representations of our services.
• Avoid misleading claims, false promises, or exaggerated earnings statements.
• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship where required by law (e.g., FTC disclosure).

You are solely responsible for your promotional activities.

3. Referral Tracking & Attribution

• Each Affiliate will receive a unique referral link.
• Referrals are tracked via cookies and internal tracking systems.
• A referral is considered valid when:
  • A new user signs up through your referral link, and
  • The user places a qualifying order.
• Self-referrals (creating accounts for yourself or your own company to earn commissions) are strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to determine referral validity in cases of dispute or suspected abuse.

4. Commission Structure

• Affiliates will earn commissions based on the percentage outlined in the Affiliate Dashboard or Program page at the time of referral.
• Commissions apply only to successfully completed and paid orders.
• Commissions are not earned on:
  • Refunded orders
  • Chargebacks
  • Fraudulent transactions
  • Orders placed before referral tracking was established
• Commission rates may be updated or modified at our discretion with notice.

5. Lifetime Commissions

• If the Program includes lifetime commissions, the Affiliate will earn recurring commissions for as long as the referred customer remains active.
• “Lifetime” refers to the duration of the customer’s active relationship with GUESTPOSTLINKS.
• Lifetime commissions do not transfer if:
  • The customer account is terminated for policy violations
  • Fraudulent activity is detected
  • The Affiliate account is terminated

6. Payout Terms

• Commissions are calculated on a monthly basis and reflect successfully completed and paid orders.
• Affiliates must reach a minimum payout threshold of $100 USD before commissions are eligible for cash withdrawal.
• If the minimum threshold is not reached, commissions will automatically roll over to the following month(s) until the threshold is met.
• Affiliates may choose to convert any earned commission balance below $100 USD into GUESTPOSTLINKS account credit (buyer wallet balance) for use toward purchasing services on the platform.
• Wallet credits:
  • Are non-withdrawable and non-transferable
  • May only be used for purchases on GUESTPOSTLINKS
  • Cannot be converted back into cash
• Payouts are processed according to the schedule published in the Affiliate Dashboard.
• Commissions may be subject to a review period to account for refunds, disputes, or fraudulent activity.
• Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details and for any tax obligations applicable in their jurisdiction.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Self-referrals or attempting to game the tracking system
• Spam marketing (email spam, forum spam, comment spam)
• Cookie stuffing or forced clicks
• Misleading claims about GUESTPOSTLINKS services
• Brand bidding on paid search ads using our trademark without written permission
• Incentivized traffic that artificially generates signups
• Fraudulent or deceptive marketing practices

Violation may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

8. Intellectual Property

• GUESTPOSTLINKS grants Affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved branding and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Program.
• Affiliates may not:
  • Modify logos without permission
  • Register domains that contain our brand name
  • Impersonate GUESTPOSTLINKS

All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of GUESTPOSTLINKS.

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
  • Fraud
  • Abuse
  • Policy violations
  • Inactivity
  • Conduct damaging to our brand
• Upon termination:
  • Future commissions will cease.
  • Unpaid commissions may be forfeited in cases of fraud or abuse.

10. Limitation of Liability

GUESTPOSTLINKS shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Tracking interruptions due to technical errors

Our total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the previous 6 months.

11. Relationship of Parties

Affiliates are independent contractors.

Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, employment relationship, or joint venture between you and GUESTPOSTLINKS.

12. Modifications to the Program

We reserve the right to:

• Modify commission rates
• Change payout structures
• Update Program rules
• Discontinue the Program

We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of modifications.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, USA.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, USA.
